I wouldn't bid on a job unless I had more details. If it's technical copy, I'd want at least $75, maybe $100 an hour. For something simple, probably $50 would do.
Anyone else want to chime in?

I'm doing a Web site edit right now, charging $75/hour. That's my lowest rate. I'd charge more if it weren't for the fact that this is referral-based business. I don't charge less because it's on the Web. Does that help?
